Navy Point Boater Safety Day

Navy Point Marine will host a Boater Safety Day for its members and the Sackets Harbor community on Saturday, June 25, from 10 am to 2 pm, at the marina, located at 102 Navy Point Road.

This free event will feature training and demonstrations in using live flares, smoke signals, and fire extinguishers, as well as inflatable life vests/PFDs and basic emergency preparedness. In addition, the US Coast Guard Auxiliary/Power Squadron will offer courtesy vessel inspections. Navy Point will have safety personnel posted at each station, and the event should be a fun and educational day for the whole family.
