Benefit Concert at the Ballroom

The Sackets Harbor Ballroom will host a Benefit Concert featuring father-son guitarists Loren Barrigar and LJ Barrigar on Friday, Sept 4, at 7 pm, at 103 West Main Street.

This award-winning father-son duo is comprised of father Loren Barrigar, who’s been playing, performing, and songwriting for decades, and son LJ Barrigar, who has trained with his father, his father’s contemporaries, and learned by ear, effort, and practice. As a duo, the father and son have a distinctive, finger-picking style that has been well received at performances in Central New York and around the United States.

Proceeds from this special concert will benefit the Sackets Harbor Housing Authority, which is raising funds to make needed repairs at the Harbor Heights Senior Citizen apartments in the village. Tickets are $20 per person, and $5 from each ticket will go directly to the Housing Authority.
