Can-Am Festival

The Village of Sackets Harbor and the Town of Hounsfield are proud to host the 54th annual Can-Am Festival this summer. The event commemorates the close relationship between Canada and the United States, and this year’s celebration is scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, July 17, 18, and 19, 2026.

This year’s festival is packed with free attractions, including a wine and beer garden, food and craft market, an aerial and static military display, parade, speedster challenge, games, vintage baseball, fireworks, and more! We’re also planning for an exciting musical line-up, with the bands and full schedule just announced. For all the details, please check the schedule below:

Friday, July 17

  • 5 pm: Festival opens with Food, Craft, Wine/Beer Garden and Farmers’ Market vendors
  • 5 to 7 pm: Live Music featuring Let’s Cool One on the Visitor Center Lawn
  • 5 to 8 pm: Bounce house, inflatable games, obstacle course, and water slide
  • 7:30 to 10 pm: Live Music featuring KEX on the Visitor Center Lawn

 

Saturday, July 18

  • 10 am: Festival opens
  • 10 am to 6 pm: Food, Craft, Wine/Beer Garden and Farmers’ Market vendors
  • 11 am: Entertainment TBD
  • 12 pm: Military Flyover
  • 12 pm: Can-Am Festival Parade along South Broad and West Main streets
  • 1:45 pm: Performance by Downbeat Percussion immediately following the parade
  • 2:30 pm: Speedster Challenge with divisions for kids and adults, along West Main St
  • 2 to 4 pm: Live Music by Hot Kogan on the Visitor Center Lawn
  • 2:30 to 7:30 pm: Bounce house, inflatable games, obstacle course, and water slide
  • 4:30 to 6:30 pm: Live Music by When We Were Thirty on the Visitor Center Lawn
  • 7 to 10 pm: Live Music by Cooper Greer on the Visitor Center Lawn
  • 10 pm: Fireworks in the Harbor

 

Sunday, July 19

  • 10 am: Festival opens
  • 10 am to 3 pm: Food, Craft, Wine/Beer Garden and Farmers’ Market vendors
  • 10 am: Frying Pan Toss on the Visitor Center Lawn
  • 10 am to 2 pm: Outdoor Games on the Visitor Center Lawn
  • 10:30 am to 2:30 pm: Caricature Drawings at the Sentinel Bandstand
  • 11 am to 2 pm: Vintage Baseball Game at Sackets Harbor Central School’s athletic field
  • 12:30 pm: Cornhole Tournament on the Visitor Center Lawn
  • 3 pm to 5 pm: Concert on the Waterfront, featuring ATLAS, at the Sackets Harbor Battlefield State Historic Site (sponsored by the Sackets Harbor Historical Society)
