Concerts on the Waterfront

The Sackets Harbor Historical Society will continue its 2025 Concerts on the Waterfront series with the 10th Mountain Division Army Band, performing on Sunday, Aug 24, from 3 to 5 pm, at the Sackets Harbor Battlefield, located at 504 West Main Street.
A perennial favorite, the 10th Mountain Division Army Band is composed of 41 soldier-musicians, capable of performing in a variety of configurations, styles, and venues. Based on Fort Drum, the musicians perform a wide range of standard concert band literature, including marches, Broadway hits, jazz standards, classical works, and popular music.
The Historical Society’s Concerts on the Waterfront series run on Sunday afternoons, from June 29 through Aug 31, 2025, and this year’s theme is “Fabulous Folk”. Like all those in the series, this concert is free and open to the public. It’s held outdoors at the Battlefield, so remember to pack your picnic blanket or lawn chairs.
In case of bad weather, the concerts will be moved to the Parish Center at St. Andrew’s Church, which is located at the corner of East Main and Woolsey Streets. The Historical Society will announce if a concert’s being moved on its Facebook page on the afternoon of the concert.
For more information on the concert series, please visit the Concerts on the Waterfront event page on our website, the Sackets Harbor Historical Society’s website, or its Facebook page. You can also find highlights and entire performances from last year’s Concerts on the Waterfront series on the Historical Society’s YouTube channel.
We hope to see you at some, or ALL, of the concerts this summer!
