Solar Eclipse Art Show

The Sackets Harbor Arts Center will host a Solar Eclipse Art Show on Sunday, April 7, at its gallery in the AANNY Building, at 119 West Main Street.
As Sackets Harbor gets ready for the Total Solar Eclipse happening on Monday, April 8, the Arts Center will feature work from children and young adults in the area highlighting total eclipses. Budding artists between the ages of 5 and 18 may submit up to three works of art. The pieces must be solely created by the artist (no kits or prints allowed), and they may include dimensional art, drawing, mixed media, pastel, watercolor, acrylic, photography, and/or digital media.
The celestial-themed show is sponsored by the Arts Association of Northern New York (AANNY) and will offer prizes to the top entries. All entries must be submitted by Thursday, March 28.
The Art Show will be open for public viewing on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, April 6, 7, and 8, from 10 am to 4 pm each day, at the gallery.
