Goat Yoga at Outskirts 1812

Outskirts 1812 will host a series of Goat Yoga classes on weekends in September, at the wellness center, located at 14211 Dodge Avenue, in Sackets Harbor. The classes are scheduled for 9 am on each of the following days:

  • Saturday, Sept 2
  • Sunday, Sept 10
  • Saturday, Sept 16
  • Sunday, Sept 24
  • Saturday, Sept 30

Enjoy a relaxing outdoor yoga class with instructor Betsy Naselli while the center’s friendly goats graze nearby. Each class costs $26 per person, they run rain or shine, and they’re appropriate for beginners through experienced yoga participants.

If you’d like to attend, please book your spot in advance through the Outskirts 1812 website. On the day of your class, please bring a beach towel or yoga mat to the class.
