Run4Garrett 5K & 10K

On Sunday, May 22, the Garrett W. Loomis Foundation will hold the Run4Garrett, a 5K Run/Walk and 10K Run along the picturesque shores of Sackets Harbor.

The start and finish lines will be at the Sackets Harbor American Legion Post 1757, located at 209 Ambrose Street. The event begins at 9 am for 10K runners and 5K walkers. The 5K Run begins at 9:30 am.

Participants can register in advance for $25 or on the day of the event, beginning at 8 am, for $30. T-shirts will be included for those who register before May 4. The event is open to all—runners, joggers, walkers, dogs, strollers, wagons, and etc.

All proceeds will benefit the Garrett W. Loomis Foundation, with the funds being administered by the Northern New York Community Foundation. The Garrett W. Loomis Foundation is committed to enhancing fire safety education regionally, providing opportunities for individuals and organizations driven to positively impact our local community and honoring Garrett’s legacy.
