Story Time at the Visitor Center

Join Hay Memorial Library and guest readers for Story Time at the Visitor Center this summer on Thursdays, at 10 am, on lawn of the Sackets Harbor Visitor Center, located at 301 West Main Street.

As part of its 2023 Summer Reading program, Hay Memorial Library will offer a series of children’s story times in downtown Sackets Harbor. The events allow children and their families to listen to old and new classic tales, while enjoying a picturesque view of the Village and harbor.

While this series is geared toward younger children, all are welcome to attend these free events. The Library will provide folding chairs and beach towels for participants.

In case of inclement weather or poor air quality, Story Time will be moved to Hay Memorial Library. The Library will post a notice to its Facebook and Instagram pages on the morning of the event, if it’s being relocated.
