Once the private home of a prominent local family during the mid-nineteenth century, the Pickering-Beach Museum demonstrates what home life in the village was like in the 1800s in Sackets Harbor. Tour the home with a knowledgeable guide during the summer season, and view part of the village’s artifact collection on display there.

The Pickering-Beach Museum is open from mid-June through early September each year, on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. In 2025, it will open for the season on Thursday, June 19th.
