1812 Lacrosse Shootout Boys Tournament

The Village of Sackets Harbor will host the annual 1812 Lacrosse Shootout Tournament over two weeks in July 2025 for boys, girls, and mens teams, at Madison Barracks.

Tournament play for the boys club teams is on Saturday, July 12, and the boys school teams play on Sunday, July 13, at the Madison Barracks Parade Grounds. Participants may also opt to join the North Country Lacrosse Camp happening the following week, on July 14, 15, and 16, to improve their skills with the help of their elite coaching staff.

Lacrosse tournament play continues the following weekend, with the girls school teams playing on Saturday, July 19, and the girls club teams playing on Sunday, July 20, at the Madison Barracks Parade Grounds.

New this year is the addition of a Mens Open with two divisions: 18+ and 35+. The two divisions will play on Saturday, July 19 and Sunday, July 20, also at the Madison Barracks Parade Grounds.

Begun in 1992 with just eight teams, the 1812 Lacrosse Shootout Tournament has grown into the premier lacrosse event in the northeast, with nearly 300 boys and girls teams participating. This illustrious tournament draws families, spectators, and friendly competition from along the northeast and into Canada.

This tournament is part of 1812 Sports and Entertainment’s summer athletic series in Sackets Harbor, which includes the 1812 Lacrosse Shootouts in early- to mid-July, the Battle at the Barracks soccer tournament in late-July, and the 1812 Gridiron Shootout (football) in August.
