Chicken BBQ at the American Legion

The Sackets Harbor American Legion will hold a Chicken BBQ as part of the community’s 250th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, July 4, at 12 pm, at its location at 209 Ambrose Street.

Join members of the Sackets Harbor American Legion Family in celebrating Independence Day and the 250th Anniversary of our country at this community event! The Chicken BBQ meal includes chicken, salt potatoes, baked beans, rolls, and apple pie, and the event will feature music and entertainment by the band 5th Monkey until 3:30 pm.

Tickets are $18, and they can be purchased in advance at the Sackets Harbor American Legion, the Sackets Harbor Visitor Center, and on select dates at Watertown Savings Bank in Sackets Harbor (on June 18, 23, and 24, from 10 am to 4 pm each day). Proceeds from each ticket sold will benefit the Sackets Harbor Housing Authority’s senior living facility at Harbor Heights.
