2024 Concerts on the Waterfront

The Sackets Harbor Historical Society will conclude its 2024 Concerts on the Waterfront series with the Maria DeSantis Orchestra, performing on Sunday, Sept 1, from 3 to 5 pm, at the Sackets Harbor Battlefield, located at 504 West Main Street.

This legendary band features an all-star, 13-piece lineup featuring vocalists Keith Condon, Gary Branch, Michael Ranalli, and Maria DeSantis. The group performs with its signature big band/horn band sound, and they’ll showcase their top big band song list from its spectacular seven decade history.

The Historical Society’s Concerts on the Waterfront series run on Sunday afternoons, from June 30 through Sept 1, 2024, and this year’s theme is “Here Comes the Sun”. Like all those in the series, this concert is free and open to the public. It’s held outdoors at the Battlefield, so remember to pack your picnic blanket or lawn chairs.

In case of bad weather, the concerts will be moved to the Parish Center at St. Andrew’s Church, which is located at the corner of East Main and Woolsey Streets. The Historical Society will announce if a concert’s being moved on its Facebook page on the afternoon of the concert.
